The READ Alliance has launched  an Early Grade Reading Innovation Challenge 2015 (EGRIC 2015 ) with the aim to improve reading habit of primary school children.  The organizers invite organisations to submit letters of interest (LoI) proposing an early grade reading project that innovatively addresses one or more of the contributing causes and well-designed innovations for enhancing reading habit among the children. The last date for submitting Letter of Interest (LoI) is 9th October.

“Through EGRIC-2015, we initiate a call to action for well-designed interventions targeting populations identified as high need and with a high potential for impact”, the organizers said.
